Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a four‑year Bachelor’s degree in Planning or a postgraduate degree in any urban‑related discipline such as Town, Regional, Housing, Transport, Environment Planning, Landscape Architecture or Urban Design from a recognized Indian university. Additionally, candidates should have cleared the AITP exam.
