Educational Qualification

Eligibility requires passing the Senior Secondary Examination (Arts, Science or Commerce) or an equivalent qualification. Additionally, a recognised computer qualification – such as DOEACC ‘O’ level, a Diploma in Computer Science/Applications, or any equivalent – is mandatory.

Candidates must be Indian citizens (or subjects of Nepal or Bhutan) and meet the physical fitness standards prescribed by the court. Age limits are 18 to 40 years as on 01 January 2027, with relaxations for various categories as detailed in the notification.

Exam Pattern

Group A (English Shorthand) – 6 min dictation at 80 wpm, 100 marks.
Group B (Hindi Shorthand) – 6 min dictation at 70 wpm, 100 marks.
Group C (Computer Test) – Speed Test (10 min, 50 marks) and Efficiency Test (10 min, 50 marks). Minimum marks: 20 for SC/ST/PwBD, 22.5 for others.

Reservation Rules for TSP Areas

In TSP districts (Banswara, Dungarpur, Pratapgarh, Salumber), 5 % of posts are reserved for SC and 45 % for ST candidates. The remaining 50 % are open to any category within the TSP area, based on merit.
