Educational Qualification
Eligibility depends on the post applied for. General Banking posts need a graduate degree in any discipline with the relevant mandatory certification and banking experience, while specialist IT posts require a full-time BE/BTech or MCA/MSc in Computer Science, IT or related streams. Finance roles need a CA from ICAI, and Law Officer posts need a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
All qualifications must be from full-time regular courses at recognised universities. The cut-off date for educational qualification, mandatory certification and post-qualification experience is 10 August 2026. Experience in clerical cadre is not counted.

Exam Pattern
For Specialist Officer posts (S01-S108) up to Scale-III, the online exam has 50 professional knowledge MCQs for 100 marks in 60 minutes. For General Banking posts (G01-G19), there are Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and English (25 marks each, qualifying only) plus 50 professional knowledge questions for 100 marks, total 175 marks in 120 minutes. There is a penalty of 25% of the marks for each wrong answer.
Probation and Service Bond
Selected candidates serve a probation period of 2 years from date of joining. Posts G01-G19 require a Service Indemnity Bond of Rs. 2,00,000 to serve a minimum 3 years; posts S01-S108 require a bond of Rs. 2,50,000 for the same period, payable if the candidate leaves before completing 3 years.
