Educational Qualification
For the Mining Sirdar post, applicants need either a Mining Sirdar Certificate with three years of underground mining experience or a Diploma in Mining Engineering accompanied by a valid DGMS Over‑man Competency Certificate. The Assistant Foreman role requires a three‑year Diploma in Electrical Engineering and a valid Electrical Supervisory Certificate for Mines.
Both posts also demand relevant safety certificates such as Gas Testing and First‑Aid.
